Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every item you receive, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include your completed returns form to help our team identify your order. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange. Please note, it takes up to five days to process a return though this may be longer without a completed returns form.

How to Return Items

  • Please email us at info@imagicalcreations.com prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Please return to the address below and insure that you include the above info in the package:

  • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please ensure that items are packaged securely.

  • We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt.

Returns Disclaimer

  • Please note that as bespoke or personalised items have been made to order, we cannot accept returns on these items, unless faulty.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

  • You have 3 days to inform us and 14 days to return it from the date of receiving. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered USED and we will not be in the position to give you a refund or replacement.

  • All returned items MUST be in the original packaging, not be altered, sized, damaged or wrong item and you must provide us the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return

  • We are not able to refund the original delivery cost on returned items

  • Return goods charges would be borne by the buyer only

  • We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.
